Agoda Did Not Pay My Cashback for My December Hotel Stay in Bali

I'm not able to receive my Agoda cashback after checking out from a hotel in Bali last December. It was stated that the cashback would be available 60 days after the checkout date, which should have been February 24th. However, today is May 21st, and the cashback is still not available. There is also no way to reach a real human for support—the AI assistant is completely unhelpful and just keeps repeating the same responses over and over again.
