I Booked a Deluxe Bungalow on Agoda but It Had No Fridge as Advertised

I booked two “Deluxe Bungalow” rooms at hu Firenze Cer_tosa Camping in Town (Italy) via Agoda.com for the dates July 19–22, 2025 (Reservation No: 1629706958). One of the key reasons I chose this accommodation was the presence of a refrigerator, which was clearly shown in the listing photos on Agoda. However, upon check-in, I discovered that there was no refrigerator in the room, contrary to what was advertised.

I immediately informed the front desk, but no solution or compensation was offered by the property. On top of that, Agoda’s customer support is virtually unreachable — there is no live assistance available either through the app or website, which makes it even more frustrating.

This is a clear case of misleading advertising and failure to deliver promised amenities, which qualifies as incomplete service. Agoda promoted a feature that the accommodation simply does not provide, and yet takes no responsibility for the false listing.

I have attached all supporting evidence, including screenshots of the Agoda listing, my reservation confirmation, and photos of the actual room to prove the discrepancy.

I demand that Agoda address this issue immediately by offering at least a partial refund or compensation for the missing refrigerator. Ignoring such a complaint is unacceptable from a platform that claims to be customer-focused. Please resolve this issue without delay and ensure this does not happen to other travelers.
