Agoda Refuses to Refund Canceled Hotel Booking – Still Waiting for My Money
On January 24, 2025, I canceled my Agoda reservation for Rose Village Guest House in Rome, which was scheduled for check-in on January 30, 2025 (Booking No: 1498186796). The cancellation was made in accordance with the hotel's policy, and I was eligible for a refund.
However, despite following all the correct procedures, I am still waiting for my refund. Agoda has not processed the return, and there is no clear communication from their support team. This is highly frustrating!
I demand that Agoda honors its own cancellation policy and issues my refund immediately. It is completely unacceptable for a company to withhold money from customers after a valid cancellation. Agoda needs to take responsibility and resolve this issue now!
