Fraudulent Agoda Booking Charged to Credit Card Without Consent

On April 5th, I discovered a fraudulent charge from Agoda on my credit card for a hotel booking in Singapore in the amount of 712.25€. I have never visited Agoda’s website, I have never created an account with them, and I have never made any booking through their platform, so this transaction is clearly unauthorized. I immediately contacted my bank to report the fraud and to dispute the transaction. However, I have not been able to contact Agoda directly so far, because their automated assistant systematically asks for a booking ID, which I do not have since I never made any reservation and received no email or SMS from Agoda about this booking. At this stage, the only proof I have is the charge that appears on my credit card statement. I request that Agoda urgently investigate this fraudulent booking, cancel it if it is still active, and fully refund the 712.25€ that was charged without my authorization. I also expect a clear written confirmation of the outcome of this investigation and information on how my card details were used on their platform without my consent.
