I’m absolutely shocked by what Agoda has done. In the middle of the night, without my knowledge or consent, Agoda made a random reservation in my name and withdrew money from my account. I received no confirmation, no notification—nothing until I noticed the charge.
What’s worse, the reservation is for a hotel in Beyoğlu, Istanbul, while I was physically in Izmir during the listed dates. I have no connection to this hotel, no reason to book it, and I did not authorize any transaction on those dates. This is a completely fraudulent charge.
I demand that Agoda immediately investigate this unauthorized booking, cancel it, and refund the full amount in ₺ back to my account. You cannot charge people for reservations they never made and then go silent. I expect a prompt resolution and a clear explanation.
