Extra Charges for Salamis Bay Conti Booking via Agoda
I previously booked and stayed at Salamis Bay Conti in Cyprus through Agoda without any issues. For my upcoming trip from September 6-10, reservation number 1248371668, I booked a vacation for three people. Today, when I called the hotel, Ms. H*** informed me that I would need to pay an additional fee upon arrival because the booking appears to have been made from Germany. How can this be? Due to Agoda being an international platform, I can't find anyone to address this problem.
