The website Agoda.com withdrew more than ₺20,000 from my card without my permission through an online transaction, which forced me to cancel my bank card. I am requesting that my grievance be resolved, as I also believe my bank failed to protect my rights. This unexpected withdrawal has caused me significant financial stress and disrupted my daily life.
