Double Charge for my Reservation at Agoda

I made a reservation on Agoda.com on December 24th, and unfortunately, my card was charged again three days later, resulting in an overdraft in my account. I've observed that many people are encountering a similar problem. I expect a prompt resolution; otherwise, I will have no choice but to take legal action due to the significant financial and emotional distress caused.
