Agoda Sofia Apartment Booking Was Fake and Left Me Without Accommodation

I made a reservation through Agoda with a company called “15%discount limited time” for an apartment in Sofia at the address 23 Ulitsa Momino Venche, with check‑in on May 29 and check‑out on May 31. I paid a total of 109.27 EUR for this booking on May 16. When I arrived at the address on the check‑in date, there was no key box or way to access the apartment. I spoke to the neighbours, and they informed me that the apartment is no longer for rent. I was left without accommodation despite having a confirmed and paid reservation. I also tried to contact the company but it was impossible to reach them through any channel, so I could not resolve the situation on my own. I find this situation unacceptable, as I paid in advance and relied on the booking to be valid. I request a full refund of the 109.27 EUR I paid for this reservation, as I never received the accommodation I booked.
