My reservation at Vikingen Infinity Resort, made through Agoda under booking number 52380508#502297, was canceled because it was not confirmed by the hotel. During the booking process, I paid a total of $520.60 USD using my credit card.
After the cancellation, I submitted a refund request to Agoda two days ago, but I have not received any response, and no refund has been issued.
This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue. I would like to emphasize that my reservation was canceled due to the hotel’s failure to confirm it, and it is clearly eligible for a refund. I also emailed Agoda customer service, but have not received any reply so far.
I kindly request that the $520.60 USD I paid be refunded to my credit card as soon as possible.
