Agoda Refused Refund After Flight Cancellations Prevented My Hotel Stay

I made a reservation through Agoda.com for two Superior Twin rooms with pool view at Mardin Park Dedeman Hotel for the dates of December 29th – January 2nd, under reservation number 601213863. However, due to flight cancellations, I was never able to travel to Mardin and could not use the accommodation at all. My original flight from Ankara to Mardin with Jet airline, flight number VF4236, was cancelled. Afterwards, I was rescheduled to a 6 PM flight to Diyarbakır, with the plan to continue from there to Mardin on my own, but this second flight was also cancelled. As soon as I learned about the first flight cancellation, on December 29th at around 11:30 AM, I contacted the hotel by phone and tried to reach Agoda via live support to inform them and ask for help. The hotel told me that they could not do anything as they were only an intermediary and directed me to Agoda. Through Agoda’s live support, I explained the situation in detail, including the flight cancellations and the fact that I would not be able to check in at all. However, I only received automatic responses and no concrete support, such as a refund or an alternative solution. In the end, I was charged in full for accommodation I never used, and I lost both my money and my planned vacation days because of circumstances completely beyond my control. I request a full refund for reservation number 601213863 made through Agoda.com, taking into account the unforeseen flight cancellations and the fact that no accommodation service was actually provided.

You states in your email that a refund is not possible. Ve also do not have an invoice for the service ve received. This is fraud. Ve will file a complaint with ALL relevant authorities.

You are not responding at all. Your email reply says that a refund cannot be issued. Send me my invoice. You haven't issued an invoice or anything else. Are you scammers? I don't get it.
