Agoda Overcharged My Booking – Triple Price Change with No Support

I made a hotel reservation on Agoda.com for TİM Hotel Paris (ID 487865167) from March 21-24, 2025. When I first viewed the price on the app, it was ₺11,251,000. However, after applying a coupon code, the price unexpectedly increased to ₺11,676,000. To make matters worse, my card was ultimately charged ₺12,021,000. This triple price change is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about Agoda’s pricing system. For a platform that promises the best price guarantee, this behavior is entirely contradictory. I’ve tried contacting customer service multiple times, but I only receive automated responses. I also emailed their support with screenshots, but no one has replied. I urgently request Agoda to resolve this issue, refund the overcharged amount, and ensure proper customer support.
