I booked a vacation through Agoda to stay at Ma Biche Kemer By Werde Hotels from July 2–6, 2025. My reservation number is 1591237044. I used Agoda’s “Book Now, Pay Later” option, and just recently tried to make the payment early to avoid any issues at check-in. But to my shock, my credit card was charged more than the amount stated in the reservation.
The confirmed total shown in my booking was ₺35,808.89. However, Agoda charged my card ₺37,891.59—nearly ₺2,100 more—with no explanation, no notification, nothing. This is unacceptable and feels like a deliberate attempt to mislead customers. I’ve always used and recommended Agoda, but after this experience, I feel completely betrayed.
You can’t just charge more than what you clearly stated and hope people won’t notice. I’ve been trying to reach customer service all morning with no luck. Agoda, I demand a full explanation and refund of the price difference immediately. If this isn’t resolved, I won’t use your platform again—and I certainly won’t recommend it to anyone else.
