On October 14, 2025, I made a reservation through Agoda for the Premier Inn Dubai Barsha Heights hotel under reservation number 1658974013. During payment, ₺21,130.79 was charged to my credit card, but the receipt from the hotel shows the actual price as ₺20,419.78. No explanation has been provided for this difference, and I have received no support regarding a refund for the overcharged amount.
I tried to contact Agoda customer service to resolve the issue, but I was only able to communicate with an AI assistant and couldn’t reach a real representative. This was my first time booking through Agoda, and the payment was charged upfront to my credit card. My reservation was not part of any campaign or non-refundable offer.
