Agoda Misrepresented the Room and Ignored My Health Issue and Complaint

My reservation, which I could not use because it was not suitable for my health, was a non-cancellable product. Agoda agreed with the property to refund 50% of the refund. thank you for their help, I will continue to use Agoda.

I made a reservation on Agoda and we had problems the first night and had to leave. Because I had a health problem, there is a window in the photos of the room, but it is fixed and closed. Since I have asthma, I have difficulty breathing. I cannot convey my problem to any Agoda representative.
