Agoda Misrepresented the Room and Ignored My Health Issue and Complaint
I made a reservation on Agoda and we had problems the first night and had to leave. Because I had a health problem, there is a window in the photos of the room, but it is fixed and closed. Since I have asthma, I have difficulty breathing. I cannot convey my problem to any Agoda representative.
Agoda contacted me and the progress is positive. We agreed on a 50% refund
