Unpleasant Experience at Romantic Guest House in Rome through Agoda

I would like to report an adverse situation I experienced with my reservation at the Romantic Guest House in Rome, Italy, and request a refund.
Upon entering the room, I encountered a very strong odor. Due to my allergic asthma, I began to feel unwell after staying in the room for more than five minutes and realized that I couldn't stay there for health reasons. Therefore, I had to leave the hotel.
I kindly request a refund for the amount I paid. If necessary, I can provide my reservation details for review.
