Agoda Keeps Doing Unauthorized Charges, Wrong Reservations!

19th of December 2023. When I opened the confirmation email after making a reservation on their site, it found three guests with the same name. Agoda made a payment without my permission while I was trying to confirm this on another hotel page. Within 10 minutes, I called the hotel right away, and they sent me to Agoda. That being said, Agoda said the problem was with the hotel. Now I have an unauthorized charge, and I want my money back. This has been a pain, and the fact that Agoda isn't taking responsibility is disappointing. Customers need to be very careful when they deal with Agoda, because from my experience, unauthorized transactions are a real problem.
