Agoda Has Not Resolved My Fraudulent Charge Complaint


On checking my bank statement from my UK account, I discovered two fraudulent charges from Agoda dated 23 April, even though I did not attempt to make any booking on that date or through Agoda at all. One payment is for 1,200.00, and the other is for 702.00, and there is no corresponding reservation or confirmation from Agoda for these amounts. I have already contacted Agoda and my bank regarding these unauthorized charges, but so far, I have not received any helpful support or resolution. I can provide my bank statements and all transaction details as attachments to clearly show that these payments were taken without any booking being made. I request a full refund of both amounts that were wrongfully charged, and I ask that Agoda investigate how these unauthorized payments were processed in my name despite no reservation being created.
