Agoda Double Charged My Credit Card for Vietjet Flight, Only One Ticket Received

I purchased a ticket through Agoda for a Vietjet flight on November 5, 2025 (Reference No: 1939295188). However, my credit card (İş Bankası, last four digits: 8217) was charged twice for the same ticket. The total shows 4,039,334 IDR charged, but I only received one ticket. The extra charge of 2,019,667 IDR should be refunded to me.
My name is Reyhan Y***** and my email address is r*****************@gmail.com. On September 29, 2025, I tried multiple times to contact Agoda customer service. I could not reach anyone by phone, and in the written support section, I only encountered an automated AI that prevented me from explaining the details of my issue.
I have never experienced a problem with Agoda before, and no error message appeared during the payment process. I expect the excess charge to be refunded to my account as soon as possible.
