Agoda Complaint From Royal Suites-Sky Owner
As the owner of Royal Suites-Sky, I am reporting that Agoda is publishing very misleading information about my property on its website. On the Agoda page for Royal Suites-Sky, there is a section titled “Unleash Your Inner Athlete at Royal Suites-Sky's Sports Facilities,” which is completely false. Royal Suites-Sky does not have any kind of sports facilities. This entire segment creates a wrong impression for guests! There is another section titled “Unparalleled Convenience at Royal Suites-Sky” that mentions the existence of a convenience store. This is also untrue. There is no convenience store at Royal Suites-Sky; the property consists only of rooms, without any such additional facility. The Agoda page also contains a section called “Shop 'til You Drop” which is completely wrong and misleading. It refers “KBC FIRULE” for shopping, but KBC Firule is a hospital in Split, not a shopping location. Furthermore, Agoda is offering rooms from our sister property “Royal Suites” under the Royal Suites-Sky listing. Royal Suites and Royal Suites-Sky are two different locations with different rooms, views, and characteristics. Mixing these two properties on one listing is misleading for guests, as they may believe they are booking Royal Suites-Sky while actually seeing or reserving rooms that belong to Royal Suites at another address. I discovered these inaccuracies while searching for my own property on Agoda. Unfortunately, I have not been able to contact Agoda through normal channels to request a correction, as there appears to be no accessible email address, no ticket system, and no phone number for Croatia, which makes it practically impossible for a property owner to reach support. I request that Agoda immediately remove the entire “Unleash Your Inner Athlete...” section and eliminate any mention of a convenience store from the “Unparalleled Convenience...” segment. I also request that the “Shop 'til You Drop” section be removed, and that all rooms and information from our sister property Royal Suites be clearly separated from the Royal Suites-Sky listing. I expect all information shown on my listing to be accurate and limited to the real features and surroundings of Royal Suites-Sky, which is a rooms-only property at a different location from Royal Suites. I kindly ask Agoda to update the Royal Suites-Sky listing as soon as possible and to provide a clear contact channel for owners so that such issues can be corrected quickly in the future. Toni R.
There is still no update from Agoda. We are very disappointed with their business model. We hope our guests do not use Agoda.
