My Agoda Booking Overcharged Me for My Hotel Stay
I made a reservation through Agoda from July 11-14 with the booking number 1285553320. The displayed price on the screen was ₺21,099, and I entered my credit card information to complete the booking. However, two days later, ₺22,045 was charged to my card. When I requested an invoice, it showed the amount I paid as ₺21,099, but the actual charge on my card was different. How is this possible? I want a refund for the difference.
