Agoda Overcharged Me ₺1,353 Above Invoice Total — I Demand a Refund

I made a hotel reservation through Agoda. While the invoice shows a total of 33,191 TRY, 34,544 TRY was charged to my credit card. When I contacted my bank, they informed me that the difference was due to Agoda. Is this a deceptive practice? I had approved a total amount to be charged, so where did the additional 1,353 TRY go?

I request a full explanation and a refund of the excess amount charged to my card.
