Agoda Booking Error - Wrong Date, No Changes Allowed
I made a major error on Agoda when I mistakenly booked a one-night stay at the Ibis Airport Hotel in Amsterdam for the incorrect date. It was incredibly frustrating when I attempted to alter the reservation date, only to find that Agoda refused to let me make any changes or even cancel the booking!
I'm feeling really frustrated right now! I'm frustrated with an unhelpful reservation and I'm concerned about the possibility of losing my money.
