Agoda Booking Error - Wrong Date, No Changes Allowed
I made a major error on Agoda when I mistakenly booked a one-night stay at the Ibis Airport Hotel in Amsterdam for the i...ncorrect date. It was incredibly frustrating when I attempted to alter the reservation date, only to find that Agoda refused to let me make any changes or even cancel the booking!
