Payment Deducted but No Reservation Created on Agoda
I made a reservation through Agoda, and the payment was deducted from my card without any issues. Unfortunately, a reservation was not made and I did not receive a reservation number.
I kindly request a refund for the deducted amount as soon as possible. Unfortunately, without a reservation being generated, I am unable to view or manage any bookings. As a result, I cannot address this issue through normal channels. Kindly expedite the refund process at your earliest convenience.
