Aeroflot Denied Me Boarding Despite Arriving Early and Refused Refund or Help
We arrived at Vnukovo Airport 2 hours in advance for our VKO 11.55 departure flight. Right after check-in and baggage drop-off, we went through passport control without any delay. We decided to go to the plane gate and wait. There was a problem in the group in front of us. They did not agree with each other. He stayed there for 10-15 minutes, filling the bags, unloading them, trying the luggage, etc. Even though it said the door closed at 11.35, they did not let us in. Even if there were minutes left, they should have taken it. An hour was written there as a result. Nobody took proper care of us. They didn't even answer. Even though it was not our fault, we were not allowed on the plane. We are tourists, neither a refund was given nor did they help us with the ticket. I will complain wherever necessary. If this issue is not resolved, I will file a lawsuit against this airline company with my lawyer when I return to Istanbul. You can't victimize me and my mother like this in a place we don't know!!
