To Give Me A New Password ADOBE Wants To Know The Password I Forgot

I forgot my Adobe Acrobat password. I contacted them to get a new one. Usually, such companies ask a few questions to give a new password. Not so with Adobe. You follow the same instructions again and again and you end up at the ultimate question: 'What is your password?' You are asking them for a new password, and they ask you the old one, which you have forgotten!! It's like they're saying, 'Tell me what you have forgotten, and I will tell you what it was that you forgot.' Pretty unhelpful.
