The swimsuit I bought from the Adidas store in Kentpark Ankara started to come apart and develop pilling in less than a year. I always followed the care instructions, washed it gently, and never used it in rough conditions, so I was shocked to see it wear out so quickly. The store sent the swimsuit for inspection, and the result came back as user error. This conclusion makes no sense given how carefully I treated the product. However, my Arena brand swimsuit only began to show signs of wear after 10 years of use. I find it unacceptable that Adidas refuses to stand behind the quality of the product they sell, and I strongly condemn their lack of accountability.
