Adidas Terrex Daroga Shoes Noisy Walking and Poor Fit Issue

I purchased a pair of Adidas Terrex Daroga Two 13 Heat.Rdy Hiking Shoes from the Bolu Highway Outlet Adidas store two months ago and immediately encountered problems. I returned them right away. About 10 days later, I received an SMS with a code (T24418043). When I called Adidas customer service, they redirected me to the store, saying they hadn't received the product. The store told me they had just shipped the shoes back and that I should hear back within 1-2 weeks. When I called Adidas central again, they said there was no issue with the shoes and I could pick them up within two weeks.
However, the shoes make a ticking noise when I walk. When I asked how they would address this, they assured me that their experienced staff would resolve it. Unfortunately, their "experience" couldn't fix the problem, and the shoes were returned to me as "problem-free." I’ve attached a video showing the noise. The shoes make a ticking sound that attracts attention in quiet areas. Additionally, while the left shoe fits perfectly, the fabric on the right shoe slips under my heel, causing it to come off when I walk quickly.
I hope Adidas will uphold their corporate standards and resolve this issue. If not, I plan to escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board.
