Adidas 4DFWD Pulse 2 Shoe Pain and Poor Customer Service

On June 28, 2023, I purchased the Adidas 4DFWD Pulse 2 (model number hp7617) in black/silver. I developed foot pain after wearing the shoes for the first time about a month ago. I initially thought it was because the shoes were new. On the second wear, I discovered that the pain was caused by a faulty insole. I returned the shoes to the Marmara Forum Adidas store where I purchased them and explained the issue.
The store forwarded the shoes to the returns department. A month later, the shoes were returned to me with a note stating that the problem was caused by improper use or care rather than a manufacturing defect. This is impossible because I only wore the shoes for two hours on two occasions. I've been using Adidas products for years and have never had such a problem. The defect is located in the insole and is not visible from the outside. The shoes were sold to me as having the best insoles, but they are clearly defective.
When I attempted to explain this, the Adidas representative at Marmara Forum rudely dismissed me and pointed to the door, effectively kicking me out. I felt humiliated, despite being a loyal customer with 12 pairs of Adidas shoes, each used for a different purpose. My family also shops at Adidas. I didn't request a refund, just an exchange, but I was treated poorly and left feeling disrespected.
I do not deserve this type of treatment. I shop at Adidas but can't find anyone to address my concerns. It is disappointing. I will post photos of the product here for you to judge. The problem is with the insole, not the outsole, but it was returned to me without resolution. Customers are being blamed for faulty products. Think twice before purchasing from Adidas. I've been visiting the Marmara Forum for years, and despite its convenience, I've never received such poor service. Staff selection should be more careful.
