I Ordered Four Items From Abercrombie & Fitch, Package Never Came
I placed an online order for four items totaling $150 over a week ago, but I have yet to receive any confirmation beyond the initial email that my order was placed. I've contacted customer support numerous times, but each time I call, I’m told that the order is being returned to the warehouse because delivery attempts failed. However, this is not true—I was home on the days they claimed to attempt delivery. While I know I will eventually get a refund, what I really want is to receive the products I ordered. I’m incredibly sad I mean I had plans for these items, now I'll have to do a lot of research... Can anyone offer advice on how to resolve this issue?
