My bank confirmed that this transaction was successfully completed under reference number 4224776409 and that the funds were delivered to the recipient’s account. All of this is clearly documented in official bank records.
However, this $365 USD deposit was never credited to my 888starz account (user ID: 11343731)**. Despite all evidence and bank confirmation, the platform insists that they did not receive the money and repeatedly responds with “contact your bank.” My bank, on the other hand, clearly states that the FAST transfer was completed instantly and without issue, and that the funds did reach the recipient account.
There is a clear loss of funds and serious consumer harm in this situation. Because the money I deposited through 888starz and its associated account was never credited to my balance, I am extremely disappointed and have completely lost trust in this company.
