888starz Failed to Credit My Vodafone Cash Deposit
On January 12, 2026, at 11:29 PM, I made a deposit to 888starz using Vodafone Cash, but the amount has still not been credited to my account. The deposit was made from the Vodafone Cash wallet number 01029631298 with the reference number 1479790771. After noticing that the funds did not appear in my 888starz account, I submitted a complaint through customer support, but I have not received any response.
I have proof of this transaction from Vodafone Cash, including the transaction details, and I can provide screenshots if requested. I request that the amount of 4,985 be refunded to my Vodafone Cash wallet (01029631298) as soon as possible, or at the very least that this transaction be urgently reviewed using the transaction reference number 1479790771, and that I be clearly informed of the reason for the delay and the outcome of your investigation.
