Today, I made a deposit to 888Starz, expecting my balance to be updated promptly as promised. However, the money was never added to my account, even though I provided all the required documentation—including the official bank receipt and transaction details.
What makes the situation worse is that live support outright blocked me when I tried to ask for help. Instead of resolving the issue or even responding properly, they cut off all communication. This is completely unacceptable and highly suspicious behavior from a platform that claims to be trustworthy.
I demand that 888Starz immediately credit my account with the deposited amount or return the funds to my bank account. If this issue is not resolved urgently, I will file complaints with all relevant authorities and advise others to stay far away from this site.
