Once again, I’m having serious problems with 888Starz. I made a deposit a week ago, and despite providing all necessary receipts and documentation, the ₺1,000 I deposited has still not been credited to my account. This isn’t the first time I’ve been let down by this site—this is actually the second time I’ve faced such an issue.
What’s even more frustrating is that I have email confirmation from them admitting the error, yet nothing has been corrected. I’ve followed up multiple times, sent all the proof, and asked them to fix it, but they simply keep ignoring my messages.
This is unacceptable. How can a platform that handles people’s money be this irresponsible? I demand that my ₺1,000 be credited immediately, and that 888Starz take accountability for their repeated failures. Enough is enough.
