I recently became a new member of 888Starz and was told that my account had passed all checks, and I was clear to proceed with deposits and withdrawals. Based on that, I confidently deposited ₺1,000, but it’s been two full days, and the money still hasn’t appeared in my account.
I reached out to support, and they directed me to send an email to another address. I did that immediately, providing all relevant information, including screenshots and payment confirmation. Yet the only response I’ve received is to “please wait”—with no clear explanation, timeline, or accountability.
This is not how a reliable platform should operate. I did everything by the book, and now I’m left in the dark about where my money is. I demand that 888Starz resolve this issue urgently and credit my ₺1,000 without further delay.
