I Waited 5 Days But 7Slots Still Hasn’t Paid My Withdrawal or Responded

I submitted a withdrawal request on 7Slots, and it has now been 5 days with no progress and absolutely no communication. Not only has the money not reached my account, but there hasn’t even been a basic update or confirmation beyond “your request has been received.” That’s all—they just go silent after that.
