I am a VIP member on 7Slots, yet for the past three days, every time I try to withdraw my funds, the requests are either canceled or never processed. In total, I currently have two withdrawals worth 4,000₺ that were never paid, plus an additional 1,000₺ request that was canceled due to so-called “technical issues.”
This has never happened to me before, but recently my withdrawal requests are constantly delayed or rejected. To make matters worse, the live support chat blocked me instead of helping. As a VIP member, I expected faster and smoother transactions, but instead I am being ignored and misled.
I contacted customer service multiple times, and each time they promised a resolution within five business days. But when the waiting period ended, my requests were again canceled with the same technical excuses. Right now, I still have pending withdrawal requests that remain unprocessed. All of my transactions are made through bank transfer, and my account number is 3379*.
I demand that 7Slots immediately process all of my pending withdrawals in full and without further delay. Being a VIP member should mean receiving priority service, not endless excuses and cancellations.
