4rabet Payment Successful but Balance Not Updated

I made a deposit of ₹1,000 to my 4rabet account via UPI on April 6, 2026, at 2:29 PM.
The amount was successfully debited from my account, but it has not been credited to my 4rabet balance.
After noticing that the money was not reflected in my account, I contacted 4rabet customer support. They only asked me to provide screenshots related to the transaction, but despite this, the issue remains unresolved and the deposit has still not been added.
I request that my ₹1,000 be credited to my 4rabet account immediately and that this issue be resolved without any further delay.
