4rabet UPI Deposits Marked Abandoned Despite Successful Payments

I made two UPI deposit transactions to my 4rabet account on 7 June and 10 June, and although both transactions were successful from my side, the money has still not been credited to my 4rabet balance. In the 4rabet app, the transaction status is shown as “abandoned” which is incorrect because the payments were completed successfully. The UPI transaction with ID 527051644*** for ₹10,000 and the transaction with ID 010095430*** for ₹2,000 were both debited from my account, yet they are not reflected in my 4rabet wallet. I contacted 4rabet customer support, and they informed me that they are verifying the transactions and are waiting for confirmation from the payment provider’s system. However, despite this, the issue is still unresolved and my funds remain blocked. I request that these two deposits be immediately credited to my 4rabet account without any further delay, or the necessary action be taken so that I can use the money I have already paid.

Which system or payment gateway takes 9days or 6days to confirm a successful upi transaction where the money has been reached to the receiver's bank account instantly. You can also see the status showing that money has been credited to receivers bank account instantly in the attached documents. And then you are saying they are verification for these many days. Please do the needful at the earliest.
