4rabet Has Kept My ₹180,000 UPI Deposits Pending For 6 Days

I made four separate UPI deposits to my 4rabet account, with three deposits made on 7 May and one additional deposit on 8 May. Each transaction was for ₹45,000, making the total amount involved ₹180,000.

Although all four payments were successfully deducted from my side, every single deposit has remained in pending status for the past 6 days. The amounts have neither been credited to my 4rabet account nor refunded back to my bank account or original payment method.

After noticing the issue, I contacted 4rabet customer support multiple times. However, the only response I received was that the deposits are “still in process,” without any meaningful explanation, proper investigation, or estimated time frame for resolution.

This extremely long delay is causing me serious concern because a very large amount of money is currently stuck without any transparency or reliable communication from the platform.

I request that 4rabet urgently resolve this matter by fully refunding all four payments of ₹45,000 each back to my original payment method as soon as possible. I also request written confirmation once the refunds have been processed and a clear explanation regarding why these transactions remained pending for such an unreasonable amount of time.
