4rabet Has Not Resolved My Missing Deposits From May 14 and 16

I have an account on 4rabet registered with the phone number 95874151**. I made two deposits to my 4rabet account using UPI, one on 14 May for ₹5,000 and another on 16 May for ₹10,000. In both cases, the money was successfully deducted from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my 4rabet balance. I have already emailed 4rabet customer support multiple times about this issue. In those emails, I also attached the UPI transaction screenshots as well as my bank statement, clearly showing that both payments were debited. Despite this, I have not received any effective solution, and the missing deposits remain unresolved. I request that the total amount of ₹15,000 be either credited to my 4rabet account or refunded to my bank account as soon as possible. I also request written confirmation of the action taken regarding these two pending deposits.
