4rabet 2000 INR Missing

On 02 April, I deposited 2000 INR to my 4rabet account via UPI. The amount was successfully debited from my UPI account, but it has still not been credited to my 4rabet balance. When I contacted support, I was told that the payment has not been received by 4rabet. However, on my side the transaction shows as successfully completed and the money has been deducted from my account. This situation has left me without either the credited balance in 4rabet or a refund. I request that this transaction be urgently checked and either the 2000 INR be credited to my 4rabet account or refunded back to my original payment source as soon as possible, along with clear information about the result of the investigation.
