4rabet UPI Deposit Not Credited

I am writing to report a serious issue with my 4RAbet account regarding a UPI deposit that has still not been credited to my wallet, which has left me very frustrated. On 13th April, I deposited an amount of 49,000 via UPI to my 4RAbet account, but even after more than two days, the money has not been reflected in my wallet balance. I contacted 4RAbet customer support about this problem and also have the necessary transaction details such as the UPI transaction reference and related screenshots, but I did not receive any clear or proper answer from the support team. My funds are stuck without any proper explanation or resolution. I request that my 49,000 UPI deposit made on 13th April be verified and immediately credited to my 4RAbet wallet without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation of why this delay happened so that I can have confidence using your platform in the future.

In certain cases, provider‑side reconciliation or payment gateway verification procedures may temporarily delay the automatic crediting of deposits even when the payment is marked as successful from the sender’s side. Please be assured that such cases are reviewed carefully by the responsible department together with the payment provider in order to determine the final transaction status and process successfully confirmed payments accordingly. We also understand your concern regarding the lack of clear communication or updates from support.
