4rabet Not Crediting Multiple Deposits After UPI Paytm Payments

I deposited money into my 4rabet account via UPI using Paytm on two separate dates—March 28 (₹700) and April 10 (₹3,000). However, even after approximately 15 days since the first transaction and several days since the second, neither of these deposits has been credited to my 4rabet account.
I contacted 4rabet customer support regarding these missing deposits. The only response I received was that the finance department is waiting for confirmation from the payment provider. Despite this, there has been no concrete update, no clear timeline, and no resolution, while my money remains unavailable in my account.
Through this complaint, I also want to caution other users to be extremely careful when making deposits on this platform, as such delays or failures to credit funds can cause significant financial and emotional stress, even if the amounts may seem small to others.
I request that both deposits (₹700 and ₹3,000) be immediately credited to my 4rabet account without any further delay. If this is not possible, I expect a clear explanation and a prompt resolution to this issue.
