I Face 4Rabet Deposit Issue With UPI Payments Not Credited

I am writing to report a serious issue with my deposits on 4Rabet via UPI and to request a full refund of the missing amounts. I made two separate UPI payments to my 4Rabet account—one two days ago and another one day ago. In both cases, the money was successfully debited from my UPI account and transferred, but the amounts have still not appeared in my 4Rabet wallet.

This was my first attempt to deposit funds on 4Rabet, and the experience has been problematic from the beginning. Even though the transactions were successful on the UPI side, my 4Rabet balance remains unchanged, leaving me unable to use the funds I have already paid.

I have tried multiple times to contact 4Rabet through their chat support, but I have not received any proper response or resolution. The lack of communication has made the situation even more frustrating, as I have no clarity on where my money is or when the issue will be resolved.

I request that 4Rabet urgently investigate these two missing UPI deposits and provide a full refund to my original UPI account without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation of why the deposits were not credited despite successful transactions, along with prompt confirmation once the refund has been processed.
