I Face 4rabet Deposit Issue With $6 Not Credited After 11 Days

On April 1 at around 12:17 a.m., I made a deposit of ₹500 to my 4rabet account via UPI. The amount was immediately debited from my bank account, but even after 11 days, it has still not been credited to my 4rabet balance.

I contacted my bank, and they confirmed that the payment was successfully settled to the recipient on the same day. Despite this, my 4rabet balance has not been updated. I have contacted 4rabet support more than 30 times, almost every day. Their Telegram support keeps sending the same automated responses without making any real progress. Through email, a manager told me that they have no control over the situation and that they cannot even verify the payment using the payment provider’s statement.

My ticket ID for this issue is SUP 1279065. Because of this unresolved deposit and the way support has handled the situation, I have completely lost trust in the platform and have stopped making any further deposits. I request that my ₹500, which was debited on April 1 via UPI, be either immediately credited to my 4rabet account or refunded to my bank account as soon as possible. I also expect a clear and detailed explanation of what went wrong with this transaction.
