I am facing a serious issue with 4rabet regarding two UPI deposits that have not been credited to my account. I deposited ₹1,000 on April 8, 2026, and ₹5,000 on April 12, 2026, through Paytm UPI. Both transactions are marked as successful on my end, but the money has still not been added to my 4rabet account, and I have now been waiting for over 15 days without any resolution.
I have been contacting 4rabet support daily about this issue, but I keep receiving the same repeated response—that the payment will be credited once the payment provider confirms it. However, no actual progress has been made, and the situation remains unchanged. There is no phone support available, only chat, and the support system has been extremely unhelpful.
I also contacted my bank regarding these deposits. The bank confirmed that both payments were successfully completed and that the beneficiary has already received the money. When I asked about a chargeback, I was informed that it is only possible if the recipient agrees, which has not happened.
During my efforts, I was able to contact by phone the individual who received my ₹1,000 deposit. He clearly stated that he had received the money but would not verify the payment with the platform. This indicates that my funds have been taken but are not being confirmed or credited, which raises serious concerns about unfair practices.
I request that 4rabet urgently investigate these two deposits of ₹1,000 (April 8) and ₹5,000 (April 12), take appropriate action regarding the recipient who admitted receiving the funds but refuses to verify them, and either immediately credit the full ₹6,000 to my 4rabet account or refund the entire amount back to my bank account. I expect a clear and prompt resolution, as I have already waited too long without any meaningful response.
