On April 3, 2026, at around 6:46 PM, I deposited ₹1,000 into my 4rabet account using PhonePe via UPI. The amount was successfully debited from my PhonePe account, and I received confirmation of the transaction, but the money has still not been credited to my 4rabet balance even after 24 hours.
Since noticing the issue, I have contacted 4rabet support multiple times through email and chat. Although a complaint or ticket number has been created, I keep receiving the same standard responses, and there has been no real progress or solution provided.
I request that the ₹1,000 be credited to my 4rabet account without any further delay, or that the full amount be refunded immediately to my PhonePe account. I also ask for a clear explanation of why this delay occurred despite the transaction being successful on PhonePe’s side.
