I am writing to raise a complaint regarding two successful UPI transactions made from my SBI Bank account that were deducted from my bank balance but were never credited to my 4rabet account linked to the email address utkrishnap****@gmail.com.
The first transaction was for ₹5,000 on May 2, 2026, at 7:02 PM, with Transaction ID T2605021902341769331059 and UTR Number 028653103067.
The second transaction was for ₹1,999.88 on April 8, 2026, at 9:32 PM, with Transaction ID T2604082132236584912030 and UTR Number 554838641012.
Both payments were completed successfully from my side, and the money was fully debited from my SBI Bank account. However, these amounts still do not appear in my 4rabet gaming balance, leaving my deposits pending for a long time without any resolution.
I have contacted the 4rabet support team multiple times and submitted several complaints regarding these missing deposits, but I have only received generic responses without any meaningful action. I was also not provided with any support ticket or reference number for proper follow-up. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue, the deposits remain missing.
I am providing payment screenshots and complete transaction details as proof that both payments were successful from the bank’s side. I request that 4rabet urgently investigate these transactions, manually trace the payments using the provided Transaction IDs and UTR numbers, and credit the full pending amount to my gaming account immediately.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter further through the appropriate consumer and financial complaint channels.
